Nonprofit gala season is upon us. Laguna Beach, a city of approximately 23,000 residents, has over 200 registered nonprofits. This is why, 10 years ago, the Laguna Beach Community Foundation (LBCF) was created. It is the vision of LBCF to preserve what makes Laguna Beach so special through its charitable organizations and individuals.
