Laguna Beach Community Foundation

The Laguna Beach Community Foundation strengthens our community by encouraging philanthropy. We provide expertise and resources to assist local charities, connect donor passions with nonprofit needs, and work with local professional advisors in assisting their clients in giving now and beyond their lifetimes with a legacy gift. In 2014, we increased our number of charitable funds under management by over 10% and substantially increased our impact by increasing the amount granted to the community by our fund holders by 50%.

Local Expertise & Commitment

We are in the field on a daily basis and are committed to serving as the epicenter for all local philanthropically minded individuals and organizations. Serving as a resource to nonprofits, we are continually informed about the needs of our community and how best they can be addressed. From there, we build community relationships and work to capitalize on the resources available to strengthen the fabric of our community.

World Class Investment Committee

The Laguna Beach Community Foundation Investment Committee is comprised of individuals with well over 100 years of combined professional wealth management experience. Much of their clientele outside of the Foundation are high-profile and high-net worth individuals and families with unique needs and service requirements. That same expertise and service is provided to the Laguna Beach Community Foundation pro-bono for the benefit of any donor or philanthropic organization. 

Highly Qualified Staff & Board

Our staff and board is comprised of individuals located in or around the Laguna Beach area. Our team includes nonprofit executives, estate planning attorneys, professional wealth advisors, and entrepreneurs. Our unique makeup allows us to provide support and expertise to all local nonprofits while also being able to address the needs of philanthropic individuals and families.
